01Keep your project link confidential.
Anyone with the complete link can view that project without signing in. Share it only with intended project participants; do not post it publicly or forward it to unrelated parties.
02Use only the link assigned to you.
Do not attempt to discover other project links, bypass access controls, or interfere with the portal.
03Customer access is read-only.
Records and corrections are managed by authorized administrators. If a detail appears incorrect, contact the administrator with your job reference and the information that needs review.
04Read each milestone separately.
“Dispatched,” “Loading” and “Loaded” describe different loading stages. “Loaded” does not confirm vessel departure, arrival or final delivery. A scheduled date is a plan, not confirmation that an event has occurred.
05Check the update time and connection.
The portal shows the latest recorded information. Page refreshes do not guarantee a new operational update. Missing details may remain blank or Pending. If the connection is stale or unavailable, confirm time-sensitive arrangements with Zenith Eclipse.
06Keep operational documents accurate.
This portal provides a progress summary. It does not replace booking confirmations, customs documents, transport documents, invoices or agreed commercial terms. Any discrepancy should be referred to the administrator.
07Report access concerns promptly.
If a link has been shared incorrectly or you cannot access your project, contact the administrator. For project closure or access revocation, contact the administrator. Record retention and export arrangements will be confirmed for your project.
